Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Being a pre-loved consignment boutique we do our best to carefully go through items before having them in the boutique or online for sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased. All items are sold as is. If you have concerns about your order, please send an email to seoulenvycloset@gmail.com. Seoul Envy is not associated or affiliated with any brands mentioned on this website or any social media platforms in relation to Seoul Envy Closet. 


We will be happy to exchange all brand new boutique, home and gift items for Store Credit ONLY. These items must be returned in same condition with all tags still in place within 7 days of purchasing online. We reserve the right to refuse any return not in this condition. Giveaway items are not returnable for credit or exchanges.


If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within two days so we can fix the issue. We will not be responsible for damage made to items due to incorrect washing or wear and tear. We are not responsible to packages that have been due to shipping. Please contact the carrier.


Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer. If requesting a return label from us, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the return amount in store credit.


Please contact us if you are interested in exchanging a boutique item. We cannot guarantee an exchange as items in our shop may sell out quickly.


CONSIGNOR RETURN REQUESTS

All items to be consigned must go through a video call with a sales person to decide if the item will be accepted or rejected. If an item is sent to us without an acceptance video call and has been rejected and deemed ineligible for consignment the items will be returned and the consignor will need to pay the return shipping fee. This must be paid before the item is sent back to the consigner. 


Store credit will not be issued without proof of purchase or a receipt.
